2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
As part of our operations, we provide a mobile communication program managed under our brand REALI SMART SOLUTIONS.
Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation, status updates, and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment through our website (realismartsolutions.com) or via our digital scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms featuring a dedicated, un-checked checkbox for explicit SMS consent.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same phone number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

For specific questions about your text plan or data limits, please contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional wireless carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy: All text messaging originator data and opt-in consent records are kept strictly confidential under the guidelines of our Privacy Policy at www.realismartsolutions.com/privacy-policy.
